We spent quite some time in November having face-to-face talks with our colleagues from Trumy at their facility in Wuxi, close to Shanghai. We discussed possible new markets as well as the development of new coupling designs to further complete and expand our current product range.
A number of European OEM representatives from compressor/turbine and pump manufacturers joined us over the course of the week. We discussed both ongoing and upcoming projects, as well as witness the balancing of several high-performance couplings for the oil & gas industry.
It’s been a very busy year for Trumy, which has had a production output of well over 80,000 couplings in 2018 to date. The company made several capital investments in new machinery. This has allowed us to further optimise our range of products and make the manufacturing processes more efficient.
2019 is already looking very promising too, with lots of new products and marketing opportunities. We look forward to new challenges and successes!
